Today it seems I can’t read a magazine, watch the news, or go online without being swarmed by insults about Christina Aguilera’s new style, music, and appearance. The same words are always present: “trash, slut, whore, bitch, ugly, etc.” — Mostly used by Britney fans. Some people have even gone as far as to call her fat. What the freakin hell? First everyone thought she was anorexic, and now that she’s a perfectly healthy size.. she’s fat? Ridiculous. And you all think she’s a whore because her clothing (or lack of) and her dancing is very provocative. I always thought that a whore was a woman OR man who has sex with any and everyone. I highly doubt that Christina has TIME to sleep with anybody. Have yall not heard a word Christina’s been saying? She has repeatedly said that she is trying to fight the obvious double standards and be herself. Her LABEL made her be the perfect lil ‘Genie in a Bottle’… she had no control over her image at that time. So why do you keep saying that she’s trying to be something she’s not? None of us know her personally. And I’m still wondering where her “bitch” reputation came from. Is it because she doesn’t kiss people’s ass or because of false rumors or becase she stands up to people like Eminem? Honestly, think. If anyone made up rumors about you.. what would you do? Just one more question.. WHY DO YALL CARE SOOO MUCH THAT YOU DEVELOP AN OBSSESSION WITH BASHING CHRISTINA!? She’s growing up..she likes to party.. she likes to dance sexy and dress strangely.. SO WHAT!
