Mariah Carey Gives Update On New Album

Mariah Carey fan Lea Wimund reported to Mariah-Carey.org that she asked the singer about her new album. Carey says, “Well I have a lot of fun to write the new songs. I have a writing partner, which travels with me, we work on the song whenever I am stuck on an airplane or whatever. The songs remind me of what I wrote for the ‘Butterfly’ album. It should come from late 2004, if everything goes well.”
