Mandy Moore Shares Makeup Tips With Drag Queen

The National Enquirer reports that Mandy Moore was spotted at Seattle’s gay disco hotspot Neighbours, where she ended up in the unisex bathroom with a drag queen, applying rouge to his well-shaved cheeks and trading makeup tips. “I absolutely love men who have a feminine side,” Mandy told the cross-dresser.
